Details
When a user encounters a certificate error that is not overridable (i.e. Firefox doesn't offer the option to add an exception), there is no way to inspect the certificate chain to see what's wrong with it. We should add a button to the error page that opens up the certificate viewer and have it show the chain of certificates the server sent.
