Please add an, fy-NL, and kk to mozilla-aurora/mobile/android/locales/maemo-locales. All locales have signed off and are ready to go. Please port to Beta at merge day as well.

[Describe test coverage new/current, TBPL]: L10n teams have undergone thorough testing of single-locale builds before signing off on their own devices. They enlisted the help of their local communities and users to receive feedback and have updated the translation quality along the way.
[Risks and why]: Testing has revealed that many, if not all, popular Android devices are able to support these locales. Our testing has been extensive to attempt to discover any risk and address it. If any remains, it is very low.
