1057365 - New created featured apps are not displayed in published apps column and in feed preview

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open curation tools page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/
2. Click on Featured App icon, fill the form and submit a new featured app
3. Click on the Publish link from the top right corner

Expected results:
The new created Featured app is displayed in the first column under Featured Apps section and in the second column(published apps) and in the feed preview.

Actual results:
The Featured App is not displayed in the second column(published apps) and in the feed preview.

Notes/Issues
This issue is also reproducing for new created Collections and Editorial Brand.

I think you misunderstand how it works. On the "Publish" tab, there are three columns:

1) A list of created content.
2) A list of content published to a specific region's feed (can be changed via the dropdown at the top)
3) The preview for the feed for the region selected in the 2nd column.

When you create a new piece of content, it is not automatically published to any feeds, which it seems you are expecting it to do. To publish it, click the item in the first column, scroll down to see that it has been appended to the second column, and then click "Publish" at the bottom of the second column.
