Just kicked off about 150~ tasks will see how it reproduces.
Measurements from grafana/influxdb setup suggest that reclaimTask is never called:
https://taskcluster-stats.herokuapp.com
It's literally not present in the list of all methods for which statistics have been recorded...

Note, this could also be that replies to reclaimTask are never given, in which case responseTime statistics won't be collected.

Check docker-worker log, if in doubt...
Closing this, reclaiming has been working for quite some time.  Reopen if there is an issue.
