Android 2.3 seems to failing this morning, but it's fairly transient

The failures are almost always this:

command timed out: 2400 seconds without output running ['/tools/buildbot/bin/python', 'scripts/scripts/android_emulator_unittest.py', '--cfg', 'android/androidarm.py', '--test-suite', 'mochitest-5', '--blob-upload-branch', 'mozilla-inbound', '--download-symbols', 'ondemand'], attempting to kill

And this is what's timing out:

We started seeing the failures from this commit.

I've seen some of the retries returning green, so I feel like this might be a transient infra problem rather than check-in related

This fixed itself without any intervention, closing.
