Steps to reproduce:

I would like to be able to manually change the keyboards order. Right now I have German, Greek, French and Italian. I would prefer to be able to manually rearrange the order and have Italian, French, German and Greek instead.
This would be a feature request since we don't have this design/behavior in spec.
