It would be nice if Yaocho could be put into a mode that makes no network requests automatically, even if a network is available. All requests would have to be allowed by the user, or simply not allowed. This would be useful if the app is pre-packaged with lots of articles, and deployed in places with bad networks.

This is mainly a wishlist item.
Triaging old SUMO bugs. I have not heard of "Yaocho" before and since these are all from 2014 I am resolving as won't fix.
