sample.json doesn't have sample configuration for FxA Oauth data

I just updated to the latest master, and when I tried to run the server I got:

/Users/mark/loop/loop-server/loop/config.js:427
  throw "Please define a client_id for fxA OAuth";

I looked in sample.json, and there was no client_id there. I've since found it in loadtest.json, but this should really be in sample.json, with a comment about where to get them from (or how to generate them).
(or the info about how to generate them needs adding to the readme file).
You can use the ones from loadtest.json until we fix this.

there is no way to automate that, since the generation is manual.
