### Steps:
1. Generate multiple notifications in lockscreen. ex: make phone calls more than once.
2. Tap the first notification

### Expected:
1. The whole description of the highlighted notification should be vertically centered.


### Actual:
1. The highlighted notification is not vertically centered.
