Although not frequent, I think having a contrib script for copying flags from a product/component to another product/component would be incredibly useful and less error-prone than what is currently done. We already have a script that syncs milestones and versions.
these scripts are not upstream.

i think it would be better to add flag sync to the current script than make a new flag-only one.

was thinking similar. just rename it to syncproduct.pl or similar.
As a script existed, this bug is invalid
