1061647 - Cannot add new collections to feeds list

Prerequisites:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.https://marketplace.allizom.org/curate/feed
2.Click on a newly created collection in order to add it to list of feeds
3.Click the Publish button
4.Observe that the collection is added in Feed preview
5.Reload the page

Expected results:
The collection added at step 2 is still visible in feed list and Feed preview

Actual results:
After refresh , the collection is deleted

Currently investigating, but so far I have only been able to reproduce it for one collection (https://marketplace.allizom.org/curate/manage/collections/victorash). The rest work.

Notes from some further testing:

1) I created a functionally-identical collection to see if I could reproduce the problem, and I could: https://marketplace.allizom.org/curate/manage/collections/victorash-2-boogaloo
2) Changing it to a listing collection fixed the problem.
3) Keeping it as a promo collection but removing the background image also fixed the problem.
