Across a few machines, on my new tab page, some of the tiles have very old titles on them.  Oddly, they are all from times I hit odd situations while loading the page (though maybe that's only why I notice them).

For instance, many months ago I opened cnn.com while at a coffee shop, and so instead of getting cnn.com, I got the WiFi login page.  Since then, the title on my new tab page for cnn.com is "Free Wi-Fi Hotspot".  I've opened that page, either by clicking on the tile or opening cnn.com directly, many times before and after that happened, but still this one time persists.
