1063420 - ESR31 fennec symlinks missing from buildbot masters

There are new configs in buildbot-configs/mozilla which need to be symlinked from master/ directory of masters. These new configs were introduced in bug 1040319 (specifically in attachment https://bug1040319.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8484406).

This caused release runner to break.

In addition, we may need to update setup-master.py to create these links on a new installation of buildbot.

This script generates the bash script, which adds the links. Please note I was extra careful to make sure my local clone of production-masters.json is up to date.

Please note, these scripts don't need to be checked in anywhere, this is just a run-one-time kind of affair.

Worked fine, apart from the servo masters - so skipped over those. Closing now. Will raise separate bug to get setup-master.py generating these symlinks for new buildbot master installations.
