I hope this is the right component. After adding rbclient to my ~/.hgrc, I get:

*** failed to import extension rbclient from /Users/ehsan/moz/version-control-tools/hgext/reviewboard/client.py: 'module' object has no attribute 'wireprotocommand'

every time I invoke hg.
I think you get this if running with Mercurial < 3.0. Try upgrading. If that doesn't work, your Python environment might be busted. Hit my up on IRC so I can help you diagnose it.

I upgraded to 3.1.1 and the error is now gone!
