This task is taken from the salesforce CRM use case document.

(Jessilyn please correct if the below summary is incorrect)

Mofo will be creating forms for applications for fellowships and other awesome things that I am too old for. These submissions will go directly to salesforce.

During form submission we would like to allow the user to signup . This bug tracks figuring out the details of that newsletter and the implementation of the endpoint.

Before this task can be coded we need to know:

* What optional newsletter are we allowing folks to sign up for:
** MOZILLA_FOUNDATION_FLG
** MOZILLA_FOUNDATION_DATE
** Figure Out How This Looks In The Email Pref Center

Additionally some questions arose in our meeting that should be sorted:

* Anything out of the ordinary with regards to Stacy's newsletter requirements for Foundation: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Privacy/HowTo/WebReg 

* Is this an issue -> Way to scale - either handle subscribes & unsubscribes from Basket + Master_Subscribers FLGS (ExactTarget) - or - handle subscribes & unsubscribes from Basket + SalesForce

* Do we need to query salesforce for any reason to support this feature (I think not but this was brought up in the meeting)
