User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 Build ID: 20140825060242 Steps to reproduce: 1. Activate browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar 2. Hit F11 3. Close Firefox 4. Open Firefox 5. Hit F11 Actual results: Close, maximize, minimize are drawn over with background (they become completely invisible with themes). See glitch.jpg After Restarting Firefox it disappears. It affects Firefox 31,32,33,34.
I fail to reproduce it with the latest Nightly. Did you test with a clean profile and the default theme? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Hello Reporter, thanks for reporting this issue and sorry for getting back to you so late. I tried to duplicate the issue on our latest released version on a Windows 7 64 bit box but I could not duplicate the issue. I tried on: Name Firefox Version 43.0.2 Build ID 20151221130713 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 Please find attached a word doc containing screenshots with all the steps that you mentioned in this issue. If you have not done already, can we please request you to upgrade to the latest Firefox version and check if you still encounter this problem. Thank You!

Issue not reproducible on FF 43.0.2
Firefox 43.0.2 is no longer affected with this issue for me. It doesn't remember full screen state 43.0.2 on closing and restarting Firefox. It was one of reasons why this issue appeared.
