Want to enable web-platform-tests on Linux once we are convinced they are stable enough.

I think they already are, but it's probably worth double checking on cedar.

this should almost do it. we will need to fix up our cedar loop otherwise we will have duplicate builders:

i.e., we need to add 'linux' to here: http://mxr.mozilla.org/build/source/buildbot-configs/mozilla-tests/config.py#1857

lgtm.

this will trigger linux32 tests against pgo builds (currently not done on cedar). I'd assume that's ok since we do have linux64 tests against PGO already in the wild.
