Situation:  opentabfor.urlbar is true
     user enters legal, but invalid url (ie www.mozilladocumentation.org)
     new tab opens
     error appears
     user enters valid url
     new tab opens
     page loads

Expected result:  if tab is empty, don't open a new tab
-> enhancement
