1065326 - some emails cannot be forwarded

Steps to reproduce:

We got an email from one of our chinese customers and tried to forward this email to another receipient.


Actual results:

After having clicked on the forward button the newly opened message compose window only contains the headers.
The original email text is not shown in the message compose window and having a look at the email source you will see, that the original email text is not included in the forwarded mail.
This problem does not occur if you answer the mail instead of forwarding it.



Expected results:

The original email text should have been included when forwarding this mail.
