Per bug 1061481 comment 21, add test to ensure BluetootPairingEvent constructor w/o members throws in pairing marionette test.

BluetoothPairingEvent constructor should throw when applications call |new BluetoothPairingEvent()| without members since they are "required" (i.e., cannot be null).
