we plan on developing some prototypes for alternative show_bug views.

the goal is to experiment with possibly radical changes to the ui and ux, to address two key issues:

- show_bug is slow because it always loads all data and renders it to html before returning the content to the client

- different people/teams use bugzilla in sometimes radically different ways; this can result in a user experience which is "a jack of all trades, but a master of none"
