Evangelism.  If you do something like:

<div style="height: 5px; color: red">first div<br>also in first div</div>
<div style="height: 5px; color: green">second div</div>

Then "second div" should appear 5px below "first div".  That's what you see on
that page.

This is just an error in the way stylesheets are used.
