As a follow up to 1060161 comment 8 now that we have column numbers in ConsoleEvent and ConsoleStackEntry we can append the column number to the stack traces we create in ProcessGlobal.
This is a super-simple patch to append the column number to the stack traces we output in logcat. Dave can you take a look at this, janx is out this week.
