Steps to reproduce:
1. Open comm dashboard for an app: https://marketplace.allizom.org/comm/app/test-app-coati7547
2. Click on the Reply button, enter some text and attach an .txt file.
3. Click the Post button.
4. Click on the attachment link to download it

Expected results:
The attachment is downloaded in the same form it was uploaded

Actual results:
The attachment is downloaded without a extensions and the name is changed

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF35(Win7) in marketplace.allizom.org
