1072468 - Put Skill Sharer badge in sub-nav under "EXPLORE"

We are promoting the skill sharer badge as the final step in the fall Webmaker campaign flow. 

The Skill Sharer badge page is currently impossible to find without the link. Can we add it to the sub-nav under EXPLORE as the first option after Gallery?

it does but we can reassess that in a different bug. this will tide us over til the IA update is implemented. (bug 1079406)
