1. Open camera app in portrait mode and take a picture
2. Rotate device to landscape mode 
3. Preview the picture in step 1

Actual result:
4. Preview orientation is incorrect

Expect result:
4. Preview orientation is correct

I don't see this on:
- gonk:  v184

Sherman, do you still see this in recent builds on m-c?

Not seeing this on m-c and 2.1 build, should be fixed.
