Description

Connectivity: wifi
SIM used: grameenphone
Gaia/device: 2.0 (latest eng)/Flame

Precondition:
User has dev packaged app installed

steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Settings app on your flame device
2. Sign into a verified fxA account
3. Launch Dev packaged app
4. Navigate to Settings page

expected behavior:
Users who are logged into the phone are automatically logged into marketplace


actual behavior:
Logging into the phone doesn't log you into dev.

I am still able to reproduce this issue using my Flame device, FxOS 2.1

We aren't going to have this for the first pass of FxA, but when we become a real packaged app. Moving to that tracker.
