Firefox Aurora 20140927, Nightly on Windows 8.1

The WebIDE's 'Monitor' page contains a 'Help' link at the top which should open in a new tab, but opens a new window. This can be done similar to the page for managing the ADB Helper add-on and the Firefox OS simulators.
