Details

1. Open eyedropper from developer menu
2. Switch tabs with ctrl/cmd-tab
3. hit escape

We will probably need to bind the ESC key on the main browser document instead of the eyedropper panel, as it seems to be losing focus during the tab switch

BTW, switching to another tab while having the eyedropper open still shows the original page content in the magnifier
