My browser window is sized so that two rows of tiles fit in the new tab page. If I drag one of them around, however, under some conditions, a third row appears out of nowhere and once I release the mouse it becomes invisible again.

(In reply to :Ehsan Akhgari (not reading bugmail, needinfo? me!) from comment #2) > Hard to say! was about to file this issue, happened with my one too. User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0 Build ID: 20150614030204 looks like its the same issue as {{bug 1068354}}. can't this be marked as a dupe of that ??
Was this fixed by bug 1194895?
