Details

Until the deps of bug 1076750 and bug 1074927 are fixed, I think we could really do with more than 2 workers in production.

This should reduce the delays end users are seeing with pushlog ingestion, job result ingestion and log parsing.

In addition, even with those bugs fixed, we may need the additional capacity longer term once more non-buildbot projects start submitting to treeherder.

I think :fubar has to run the application-specific puppet provisioning.
That and network acls.
