Steps to reproduce:

I tried to download and test an application by trying to visit a link

When trying to open the page it says error


Expected results:

The details about the app should have been there.
This app has 2 versions. The latest version (1.0.1) is missing its file in the database:

Not sure how the app got in this state but to fix we might have to delete version 1.0.1 and ask the developer to resubmit.
