BuildID: 2001102903

I can not remove any cookie using Cookie Manager. When I remove any cookie the
"OK" button does not work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Cookie Manager. Tasks -> Privacy & Security -> Cookie Manager -> View
Stored Cookies
2. Look for a cookie you don't like (e.g. ".ads.link4ads.com")
3. Press "Remove Cookie" Button
4. Press "OK" Button

Actual Results: Nothing. The "OK" Button is non functional. The window remains
open. The only way to dismiss Cookie Manager is to cancel changes

Expected Results: Cookie Manager window closes. The cookie is deleted.
this is fixed now
