The first time I launch the browser, the url bar loses focus when location dialog shows up

Details

STR:
- launch the browser for the first time after a full flash
- touch in the URL bar
- start typing a URL
- You'll get interrupted by "Browser would like to know your location" dialog.
- Tap Share

When it returns to the browser, the focus has been lost (it should have returned the focus back to the input I was typing when it interrupted me).

Observed on flame-kk running master.
