Pre-requisites:
1. Update available.
2. "app.update.2g.enabled" = true
3. Device with 2G connection
4. Wifi conection disabled

STRs
1. Drag and drop in utility Try
2. Tap in update available.
3. Tap download button -> User see "Update are downloaded via data connection..."
4. Tap download button.

Actual result:
User can see "Downloading updates is not posible on slow connections (2G)..." screen

Expected result:
User can download update.

Yesterday was tested change properties without compile and it not working.

Today I have tested compiling builds and it is *working*

"app.update.2g.enabled" does not exist. The used name is: "update.2g.enabled" [1]. Renaming the bug title to avoid misunderstandings in the future.
