AFAICS, we don't build anything related to addons in these directories, and a
test build on Linux suggests that we don't either:

[froydnj@cerebro build-mc]$ ls dist/xpi-stage/crashreporter/
[froydnj@cerebro build-mc]$ 

So we might as well remove these.
