1080668 - Inconsistent hiding behavior of runs drill-down pane when switching tabs

Steps to reproduce:

1> Followed the URL for the Moztrap Staging environment: https://moztrap.allizom.org/manage/cases.
2>In the resulting page, Manage tab was pre-selected. 
3> selected to "View Results" tab.
4>The top section of this page is displays Test Runs w.r.t the Products, product versions,Runs with a show/hide button next to it(in orange).
5> Clicking on the hide button hides the pane.
6> Now select the Manage tab again , notice that the pane reappears.

This happens irrespective of my login status.



Expected results:

The show/hide button selection should have been carried out.

I'm unsure what our expected behavior actually is here, but I'll add some steps going to the main site instead of staging, since Staging may not be expected to be a fully-working version.

1) Go to https://moztrap.mozilla.org

// If not logged in, defaults to View Results, drill-down collapsed

2) Mouse over Manage and switch to Runs subtab

// Drill-down still collapsed

3) Open drill-down with the green drill-down button

4) Switch to View Results

// Drill-down still showing

5) Switch back to Manage | Runs

// Drill-down not showing

6) Switch back to View Results

// Drill-down showing again

7) Collapse drill-down with orange button

8) Switch to Manage | Runs again

// Drill-down shows now

9) Switch back to View Results

// Drill-down showing

10) Switch back to Manage | Runs

// Drill-down still showing

Worth noting right now that 8/9/10 behaved differently than 3/4/5 even though it's switching with the drill-down in the same states.

I won't continue, but the behavior is definitely inconsistent going from tab to tab. Sometimes it opens, sometimes it collapses, sometimes it keeps state (or opens/closes twice in a row so it looks like it keeps state).

Also, confirming the bug since I was able to dupe on staging and because some version of it happens in prod.

Hi Geo,

What wanted to report in the issue is, when i hide the drill-down and switch to some other tab the drill-down should remain hidden.

Steps to reproduce are-:
1> Click on View Results tab and click on the green button if  drill-down is not showing
2> Now select the orange button to hide the drill down. It hides.
3> switch to Manage tab and the drill down is again showing.It should have stayed hidden depending on my previous selection.

Mass-closing remaining MozTrap bugs as WONTFIX, due to 1) the Mozilla-hosted instance being decommissioned (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/TestEngineering/Testrail), and, for now, 2) the still-up code archived at its GitHub page: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap (we'll decide what's next for that, in the near future).
