It looks like a hand full of processes are eating a large chunk of the memory, yet none them are using any CPU. 

vmtoolsd.exe, svchost.exe, lssas.exe, and dfrs.exe are accounting for just under  50% of the total physical memory. I am going to reboot the machine to avoid a crash since it appears that those processes are slowly eating more memory. Total usage raised 1% in ten minutes.
Appears that the memory usage is now stabilized under 20%. I will check back on this machine tomorrow.
Nagios still lists: OK: physical memory: 1.14G
