DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  vidoe shows Blue spots on screen during forword/backword of video in videoplayer

Steps to reproduce:
----------------------------------------------------
 1.open browser.
 2.open youtube.com.
 3.Search for HD video.
 4.Select any video.
 5.Press video. it will option to save video.
 6.Save the video.
 7.it will download the video with 3gpp type.
 8.open video player.
 9.play the downloaded HD video of type 3gpp.
 10.Forword\backword the video.
 11.video shows Blue spots on screen during forword/backword of video.

Actual result:

Expected result:

 video dont't show Blue spots on screen
