1. Make this your `settings_local.js`:

    define('settings_local', [], function() {
        return {
            api_url: 'https://flue.paas.allizom.org',
            media_url: 'https://flue.paas.allizom.org'
        };
    });

2. Try to "Sign In"
3. Notice these errors:

It doesn't make sense to spend time on Persona imho.
