Details

If we could parse the uri before opening a connection, initiating the cache and
so on, a whole lot of code could be skipped in some cases -- making us much quicker.

The "cases" are, for example on auto-subscribe urls, where we shouldn't cache
the url. We could detect that url in ParseUrl(), set some flag, and then when we
hit LoadUrl() we could jump the cache code.
