Steps to reproduce:

Just shallowed flash and reboot with latest b2g-36.0a1


Actual results:

I've selected by error the English (US) language, I go back and selected Spanish and when I've done that, the English text buttons are not changed and keeps on English.
Also, when I selected English, I've tried to complete the FTU and when I select the network and put the password the title got stuck, so the title keeps on "Language", when I selected the Spanish same happened with the title but with the translation so the title now stuck on "Idioma". 
Another thing, in minor priority to be solve, is that the title on the password screen are not centered.


Expected results:

A good change of Language by changing all the UI including buttons, a changing title on every screen or when expected, a centered title on every screen.
