exposedProps is going away, slowly but surely (see bug 1082450, among others).

after bug 1083427, the only places left are:
  console/plain-text, and
  test/loader (which uses the console)

and a couple of tests in
  test-content-script.js

according to Gabor and Matteo, the uses in/around console is dead code anyway..
