Description:
There is a blue screen shown during the transition to the messages app. 

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Flame to Build ID: 20141015001201
2)  Tap on the contacts app. 
3)  Tap on a contact that has a phone number.
4)  Tap on the "Messaging" icon and pay close attention to the transition to the messaging app. 

Actual:
There is a blue screen that is shown during the transition.

Expected:
The transition to the messages app from another app is smooth.

This issue does not occur on Flame 2.2 and 2.0 because the transition is much faster and there is no blue screen. It is white but not nearly as noticeable.
