Consider disabling/dimming Loop's "Add a Contact" submit button until input is valid

1. Click the Loop talk icon.
2. Click the person icon in the top nav.
3. Click the "New Contact" button.
4. Notice you can click the "Add Contact" submit button at any time.

Expected result:
The "Add Contact" button should look disabled/grayed out. Once the form is valid (i.e., all of the fields are valid), the "Add Contact" button should become active/green.

Actual result:
The "Add Contact" button is always green.

It wouldn't completely revolutionise things, sure. But it could be a nicety for users who want to know what's going on and what to do next.

We are currently reworking the Loop "user journey" (bug 1209713) and as part of this direct calls and contacts are being removed. Therefore closing contact related bugs as wontfix.
