Looks good now. It's fixed by bug 1092160.

reproduced on 39.0 release. tried to save the pdf from Firefox, it opens and displayed OK in Acrobat Reader and Chromium 46. in Firefox first half of rendering is correct, but second unneeded rendering occurs, and it displays overlapped with first half. Maybe this is such type of non-standard pdf. Never seen such bug on other pdf files. So probably very rare case but still a bug. pdf is created using Adobe Illustrator export plugin, and has version 1.6, so there is no problem in pdf data I guess.
