Description:
After connecting the device with USB and navigating to the "Transfer Protocol" page, the header is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141022001201
2) Change language to "Bulgarian"
3) Open "Settings" from the home screen
4) Enable "USB storage"
5) Tap the "USB storage" and observe the "Transfer Protocol" header
 
Actual:
