On starting up browser, go to:
Edit->Preferences->Privacy/Security->Cookies
and select by permission level, then view permissions and cancel right away.
Browser segfaults.  (Btw, the permissions screen has no text in it).

Debian/potato, Kernel 2.4.14-pre6, glibc-2.1.3, gcc-2.95.2, will upload backtrace
in a moment.

Configured with:
--without-java-supplement --enable-nspr-autoconf --with-extensions
--enable-optimize=-O2 --disable-mailnews --enable-crypto
