I would like to leverage Mozillians groups to manage skills and users in the Kitherder project.  

This is a community developed tool that allows user and group management via Mozillians (we used a dev instance to implement the feature).  In addition, the platform leverages skills in Mozillians to ensure that users see the correct projects that match their skills.

This is a great use of the Mozillians API, especially with group management!

I just need to confirm that the deployment of Kitherder will meet our Reviewed API criteria. Specifically:

- It is hosted on Mozilla infrastructure. PaaS is the easiest solution. Proof: link to bug about standing it up there or webserver headers.

- It  satisfies Mozilla's current data security, data privacy and legal standards for web applications. Proof: link to project review bug or to reviewers we can contact. 

- It meets our 3 API data guidelines: http://mozillians.readthedocs.org/en/latest/api/api.html#using-api-data

Once we confirm those, I will get an API key to you.
