Description:
When adding a custom collection, a user can obtain an inappropriate image that is not related to the term they titled their custom collection.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141022001201
2) Hold tap on homescreen to add new Smart Collection.
3) Add Custom Collection.
4) Name Custom Collection: "What"
5) Observe background image provided to collection.
  
Actual:
Image contains inappropriate image not related to term.
  
Expected: 
Image provided to collection is appropriate and related to term.

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
